摘要 随着采区现场条件的变化,最初的设计已不能满足矿井后期的生产和开拓要求,为保证矿井正常生产,须根据实际情况对设备进行一定的优化设计。以常村煤矿470 m水平北翼采区为背景,随着采区逐步延伸,井下带式输送机运输系统相对复杂,在矿井生产后期,带式输送机运输系统不能够满足运力要求,同时是否存在瓶颈环节,都是直接影响矿井正常生产的关键问题。设计即着眼于未来矿井生产布局调整后,针对470 m水平主要运输线路上的带式输送机进行分析校核,找出薄弱环节,提出改造方案。 With the change of site conditions in the mining area, the initial design can not meet the production and development requirements of the later mine. In order to ensure the normal production of the mine, the equipment must be optimized according to the actual situation. With the 470 m horizontal north wing mining area of Changcun coal mine as the background, with the gradual extension of the mining area, the underground belt transportation system is relatively complicated. In the later stage of mine production, the belt transportation system can not meet the transportation requirements, and whether there are bottlenecks, It is a key issue that directly affects the normal production of mines. This design focuses on the analysis of the future production layout of the mine, and analyzes and checks the belts on the 470 m-level main transportation lines to find out the weak links and propose a transformation plan.
