脑源性神经营养因子与糖尿病肾脏疾病的相关性研究

The association between brain-derived neurotrophic factor and diabetic kidney disease

摘要 目的探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与DKD的相关性。方法选取2017年1~12月于我院内分泌科门诊及住院治疗的T2DM患者300例。根据UACR分为单纯T2DM组(T2DM)204例(UACR<30 mg/g)和DKD组96例(UACR≥30 mg/g)。另选取同期我院健康体检人群80名作为正常对照(NC)组。Pearson相关分析BDNF与各指标的相关性,Logistic回归分析DKD的影响因素。结果NC组、T2DM组、DKD组BDNF水平依次降低[(8.43±1.05)vs(6.21±1.01)vs(4.98±0.75)ng/ml,P<0.01],DKD组糖尿病病程、HbA1c、TC、LDL-C水平高于T2DM组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,BDNF水平与年龄、HbA1c、TC、LDL-C、UACR呈负相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,糖尿病病程、HbA1c、LDL-C是DKD的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论T2DM患者血清BDNF水平降低,与DKD发生呈负相关。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the association between brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods(T2 DM)admitted to our hospital were included in this study from Jan to Dec 2017. According to UACR,204 cases were divided into simple T2 DM group(UACR<30 mg/g)and 96 cases were divided into DKD group(UACR≥30 mg/g). Another 80 health examinees during the same period were selected as the normal control(NC)group. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between BDNF and the other parameters. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of DKD.levels of BDNF decreased in turn from NC group,T2 DM group to DKD group[(8. 43±1. 05)vs(6. 21±1. 01)vs(4. 98±0. 75)ng/ml,P<0. 01]. The duration of diabetes,HbA1 c,TC and LDL-C levels in DKD group were higher than those in T2 DM group(P<0. 01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of BDNF was negatively correlated with age,HbA1 c,TC,LDL-C and UACR(P<0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes,HbA1 c and LDL-C were the influencing factors of DKD(P<0. 01).with the development of DKD.
