摘要
细胞焦亡是近年发现伴炎症反应的细胞程序性死亡方式,其信号转导途径分为依托半胱氨酸蛋白酶1(Caspase-1)的经典细胞焦亡途径与依托Caspase-4/5/11的非经典细胞焦亡途径。细胞焦亡参与多种糖尿病微血管并发症的发生发展,本文就细胞焦亡与糖尿病微血管并发症关系的研究进展进行综述。
Pyroptosis is a new programmed cell death mode discovered in recent years,which is accompanied by inflammatory reaction. The signal transduction pathways include caspase-1 dependent classical pyroptosis pathway and caspase-4/5/11 dependent non-classical pyroptosis pathway. Current studies have found that pyroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development of microvascular complications of diabetes. This article reviews the pyroptosis and its role in microvascular complications of diabetes.
