摘要
本文结合2017年神经精神药理学与药物精神病学协会发布的精神科治疗药物监测指南和广州医科大学附属脑科医院开展治疗药物监测所遇到的问题及相应的解决方案,对治疗药物监测的实施流程和要点进行分析,旨在为基层医院开展治疗药物监测提供参考。
In this assay,we analyzed the problems encountered during the therapeutic drug monitoring practice in the affiliated brain hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,reviewed the key points of therapeutic drug monitoring process suggested by the guidelines for therapeutic drug monitoring of Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Neuropsychopharmakologie und Pharmakopsychiatrie,and then gave advices for the implementation of therapeutic drug monitoring in grassroots hospitals.
