2000-2018年山东省菏泽市女性HIV/AIDS流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among women in Heze City,Shandong Province from 2000 to 2018

目的了解菏泽市女性艾滋病病毒和艾滋病(以下简称HIV/AIDS)流行病学特征及人群分布近况,为控制菏泽市HIV/AIDS传播提供基本资料。方法在中国艾滋病综合防治信息系统中下载菏泽市HIV/AIDS病例病历卡片,统计人群特征,并进行描述性分析。结果2000-2018年菏泽市已报告HIV/AIDS病例共1393例,其中女性369例,占26.49%(369/1393)。汉族病例327例,占主要比例,少数民族病例42例。年龄范围在4~87岁之间(36.94±13.18岁)。婚姻现状以已婚有配偶为主,共299例(占81.03%);职业以农民为主,共301例(占81.57%);教育主要以初中及以下为主,共343例(92.95%)。不同时间段传播途径构成不同,已从血液传播为主转为以异性性传播为主。结论针对菏泽市女性HIV/AIDS传播途径主要为异性性传播,且呈现年轻化趋势的特点,应对重点年龄人群加强针对性的干预。

Objective To get an insight into the epidemiological characteristics and population distribution of HIV/AIDS among women in Heze,and to provide basic data for the control of HIV/AIDS transmission in Heze City.Methods The HIV/AIDS case historical cards in Heze from the National AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Information System were downloaded,and descriptive analysis of the demographic characteristics were conducted.Results A total of 1393 HIV/AIDS cases have been reported in Heze from 2000 to 2018,of which 369 cases(26.49%)were female.There were 327 cases of Han nationality,accounting for the main proportion,and 42 cases of ethnic minorities.The ages ranged from 4 to 87 years old,with an average age of(36.94±13.18)years old.Of all cases,299 cases(81.03%)were married,301 cases(81.57%)being farmers,343 cases(92.95%)with education of junior middle school or below.The route of transmission was different in different time periods,which had changed from blood transmission to heterosexual transmission.Conclusion In view of the fact that the main route of HIV/AIDS transmission among women in Heze is heterosexual transmission,and the trend of becoming younger,targeted intervention should be strengthened for key age groups.
