长沙市2014-2018年其它感染性腹泻病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhoeal in Changsha from 2014 to 2018

目的分析长沙市2014-2018年9个区县(市)其它感染性腹泻病的流行病学特征,为制定长沙市其它感染性腹泻病的防控提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统获取2014-2018年长沙市其它感染性腹泻病分地区、年龄和职业的发病数,描述该市其它感染性腹泻病流行病学特征。结果长沙市其它感染性腹泻病发病数呈逐年上升趋势,12月~次年2月出现发病高峰,7~8月出现次高峰;发病年龄集中在0~3岁组,以散居儿童为主;发病总数居前3位地区分别为浏阳市、长沙县和雨花区,年均发病率居前3位地区分别为雨花区、浏阳市和长沙县。聚集性疫情均由诺如病毒感染引起,疫情数呈逐年上升趋势。结论长沙市其它感染性腹泻病病例数和疫情均有逐年上升的趋势,防控重点人群为0~3岁散居儿童。应有针对性地提早做好其它感染性腹泻病防控。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrheal in 9 districts,counties and cities of Changsha from 2014 to 2018 to provide basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures of other infectious diarrheal in Changsha.Methods The incidence number of other infectious diarrhoeal in Changsha from 2014 to 2018 by region,age and occupation was obtained from the infectious disease report information management system so as to describe the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhoeal.Results The incidence of other infectious diarrheal in Changsha increased year by year,with a peak from December to February and a sub-peak from July to August.Most cases focused on children aged 0~3 years old,of which the incidence mainly centered on scattered children.Liuyang City,Yuhua District and Changsha County were the three areas with the highest total incidence.The three areas with the highest annual incidence are Yuhua District,Liuyang City and Changsha County.The epidemic of this disease was caused by norovirus infection,and the number of the outbreaks increased year by year.Conclusion The number of cases and outbreaks of other infectious diarrhoeal in Changsha were on the rise year by year.The focus of disease prevention and control should be scattered children aged 0~3 years old.And targeted prevention and control of other infectious diarrhoeal should be carried out in advance.
