2015-2018年江苏省南通市住宿行业公共用品用具卫生细菌学指标检测结果分析

Analysis of results of bacteriological indicators for public goods in the accommodation industry in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2018

目的了解南通市住宿行业公共用品近年来的卫生状况,分析微生物指标在不同年份、不同类别酒店、不同清洗方式的规律。方法按照《公共场所卫生检验方法第4部分:公共用品用具微生物》(GB/T 18204.4-2013),对南通市住宿行业的床上卧具、茶具、毛巾、恭桶等进行细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌检测,采用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果2015-2018年共检测标本2661份、合格2447份,总合格率为91.96%,细菌总数合格率为95.63%,大肠菌群合格率为96.20%,金黄色葡萄球菌合格率为94.96%。不同年份间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=58.81,P<0.05);不同类别酒店合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=83.02,P<0.05);不同送洗方式合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=47.38,P<0.05)。结论南通市住宿行业公共用品合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但仍存在问题。建议卫生监督部门加强综合管理,加大监督力度,确保公共用品卫生安全。

Objective To get an insight into the sanitary conditions of public goods in the accommodation industry in Nantong in recent years,and to analyze the rule of microbiological indicators in different years,different types of hotels,and different cleaning methods.Methods According to the Standard Hygiene Inspection Methods for Public Places,Part 4:Microorganisms in Public Goods(GB/T 18204.4-2013),the total bacterial count,Coliforms and Staphylococcus aureus were detected in bedding and linens,tea sets,towels and toilets of the accommodation industry in Nantong.SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results From 2015 to 2018,a total of 2 661 specimens were tested,and 2 447 were qualified.The total qualified rate was 91.96%.The qualified rate of total bacterial count was 95.63%,the qualified rate of Coliforms was 96.20%,and the qualified rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 94.96%.There was a significant difference in qualified rate between different years(χ~2=58.81,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rate of different types of hotels(χ~2=83.02,P<0.05).The difference in the qualified rate of different washing methods was statistically significant(χ~2=47.38,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of public goods in Nantong accommodation industry has increasd year by year,but there are still some problems.It is suggested that health supervision departments should strengthen comprehensive management and enhance supervision to ensure the hygiene and safety of public goods.
