摘要
氮化硅球采用陶瓷粉末模压成形工艺进行压制,自动模压机成形过程中存在球坯脱模困难,难以推出模腔,球坯废品率高等问题,限制了模具冲头数量和产量的提高。通过创新设计,改进了压机下凸轮结构,在脱模阶段可将球坯轻微弹离阴模,便于料靴推出,解决了球坯脱模困难的问题,实现了氮化硅球的多冲头压制。
The silicon nitride balls are pressed by ceramic powder mould forming process.During forming process by automatic moulding press,it is difficult for demoulding of green bodies and extrusion from moulding cavity,and the rejection rate of green bodies is high,limiting number of mould punch and increase of output.Through innovative design,the lower cam structure of press is improved.The green bodies are slightly ejected from female mould during demoulding stage,so that the material boots are easily pushed out.The difficult demoulding of green bodies is solved,and the multi-punch pressing of silicon nitride balls is realized.
