硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君对早产胎膜早破疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride on premature rupture of membranes in preterm labor

目的:观察分析硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君对早产胎膜早破的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年2月在本院诊治的早产胎膜早破患者126例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和参照组各63例。参照组实施硫酸镁治疗;观察组采取硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗,对比两组治疗后临床疗效、生化指标、危险因素分析及分娩结局情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.65%)明显比参考组(79.37%)高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白介素1、白介素6、甘油三酯与总胆固醇水平均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生殖道炎症、缺乏运动锻炼、盐摄入、体质量超标、羊膜腔压力升高均优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君对早产胎膜早破的治疗,临床疗效明显改善、症状有所减轻,为临床研究与治疗提供新的方向。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride on premature rupture of membranes in preterm labor.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 126 cases of premature rupture of membranes of preterm labor diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019,and 63 cases were divided into observation group and reference group according to the random number table method.Magnesium sulfate was administered to the reference group.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride,and the clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes,risk factor analysis and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the treatment of patients with observation group total effective rate(93.65%)were significantly higher than the reference group(79.37%),with significantly statistical difference(P<0.05),the observation group 1,interleukin 6 and interleukin triglyceride and total cholesterol levels are lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group of patients with genital tract inflammation,lack of exercise,salt intake,overweight,amniotic cavity pressure is less than the reference group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes,the clinical efficacy was significantly improved and the symptoms were reduced,providing a new direction for clinical research and treatment.
