TCT联合宫颈刮片在宫颈癌及癌变前期筛查中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of TCT combined with cervical curettage in cervical cancer and precancerous screening

目的:探讨TCT联合宫颈刮片在宫颈癌及癌变前期筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2015年12月至2018年12月收治的98例宫颈病变患者进行研究,分别予以宫颈刮片和TCT联合宫颈刮片,对比两种方式的诊断价值。结果:宫颈刮片宫颈病变阳性检出率为12.24%,与TCT联合宫颈刮片的35.71%相比,所得数据间有统计学差异存在(P<0.05);宫颈刮片对宫颈癌的诊断敏感性为30.77%,特异性为50.85%,准确性为42.86%,漏诊率为69.23%,误诊率为49.15%,TCT联合宫颈刮片对宫颈癌的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性、漏诊率和误诊率分别为89.74%(35/39)、74.58%(44/59)、80.61%(79/98)、10.36%(10/39)和25.42%(15/59),数据间有统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用TCT和宫颈刮片,可提高宫颈癌诊断和癌变前期筛查工作的准确性。

Objective:To explore the value of TCT combined with cervical scrape in screening cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods:98 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were studied.Cervical scrapes and TCT combined with cervical scrapes were used to compare the diagnostic value of the two methods.Results:The positive detection rate of cervical lesions by cervical scraping was 12.24%.Compared with 35.71%by TCT combined with cervical scraping,there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of cervical cancer by cervical scraping were 30.77%,50.85%,42.86%,69.23%,49.15%and 49.15%respectively.Sensibility,specificity,accuracy,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were 89.74%(35/39),74.58%(44/59),80.61%(79/98),10.36%(10/39)and 25.42%(15/59),respectively.There were significant statistical differences between the research data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TCT and cervical scraping can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and screening of cervical cancer,and has high application value.
