带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床治疗进展

Progress in clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

带状疱疹后遗神经痛(Postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)作为带状疱疹的一种并发症,是非常常见和不容易得到有效控制的临床症状。剧烈的疼痛常致PHN患者出现焦虑、失眠、压抑心理,严重时出现自杀行为。目前关于PHN的定义尚未统一,且发病机制不明。多年来研究者对PHN的治疗进行了大量的临床研究与实践,取得了一些成效。本文就当前PHN的临床治疗进展做如下简要综述。

Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is the most uncontrollable and common complication of herpes zoster.Severe pain often makes PHN patients anxious,insomnia,depression,serious sometimes suicidal.At present,the definition of PHN has not been unified,and the pathogenesis is unknown.Over the years,researchers have conducted a lot of clinical research and practice on the treatment of PHN and achieved some results.In this paper,the progress in clinical treatment of PHN is summarized as follows.
