补中益气汤联合米力农对瓣膜置换术患者心功能和胃肠功能的影响

Effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Milirone on Cardiac and Gastrointestinal Functions of Patients Undergoing Valve Replacement

目的:探讨补中益气汤对瓣膜置换术患者心功能、胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年12月新疆医科大学附属中医医院收治的瓣膜置换术患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=36)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组采用补中益气汤联合米力农治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、生长激素(GH)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TRF)等临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组心功能均显著改善,且观察组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组胃肠功能均显著改善,且观察组GH、PA及TRF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸机辅助时间、ICU停留时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症总发生率分别为8.33%、20.59%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在瓣膜置换术患者中应用补中益气汤联合米力农治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能、胃肠功能水平。

Objective:To study the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on cardiac and gastrointestinal functions of patients undergoing valve replacement.Methods:A total of 70 patients undergoing valve replacement admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=34)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with milirone.The clinical therapeutic effects,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),end-systolic diameter(LVESD),end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),growth hormone(GH),prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TRF),and other clinical indicators and complications of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of the 2 groups were 94.44%and 76.47%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,cardiac function in both groups was significantly improved,and LVEF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrointestinal function was significantly improved in both groups,and GH,PA and TRF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of ventilator assistance,ICU stay and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the 2 groups was 8.33%and 20.59%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a significant effects on the patients undergoing valve replacement,and can effectively improve their cardiac and gastrointestinal function.
