不同生活方式与息肉状脉络膜血管病变发病的关系

Correlation of different lifestyles with polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy

目的评估和分析息肉状脉络膜血管病变(polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy,PCV)发病的生活方式。方法回顾性病例对照研究。收集2015年9月至2019年6月于我院就诊的PCV患者113例(113眼)作为PCV组,收集2017年2月至2019年6月来我院行老年性白内障手术的患者及陪同家属86例作为对照组。收集所有研究对象的详细病史,包括年龄、性别、吸烟史、饮酒史、电子产品使用频率、是否进行有氧运动、生活态度是否积极、夫妻关系是否和谐及精神是否压抑等生活方式。使用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析PCV发病的相关危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,PCV组和对照组间吸烟史、是否进行有氧运动、生活态度是否积极、夫妻关系是否和谐及精神是否压抑均具有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归中,PCV组和对照组间吸烟史、是否进行有氧运动及生活态度是否积极仍有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论吸烟、不进行有氧运动及生活态度不积极是PCV的潜在危险因素,戒烟、适当进行有氧运动及保持积极向上的生活态度有助于降低PCV的发生概率。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the potential lifestyle risk factors of patients with polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV).Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted on 113 PCV patients(113 eyes)who received treatment in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2019(PCV group),and 86 subjects including those underwent surgery for treatment of senile cataract and their family members from February 2017 to June 2019(control group).Detailed history were collected,including age,gender,smoking history,drinking history,frequency of using electronic products,aerobic exercise,life attitude,family relationship and depression symptoms.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the potential risk factors of PCV.Results The univariate analysis showed that smoking,aerobic exercise,life attitude,family relationship and mental depression were statistically correlated with PCV in both two groups(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking,aerobic exercise and life attitude were still statistically correlated in both two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking,non-aerobic exercise and negative life attitude are risk factors for PCV.Smoking cessation,moderate aerobic exercise and maintaining a positive attitude towards life will help to reduce the incidence of PCV.
