摘要
艾滋病病毒(HIV)相关伦理和法律问题,包括基因编辑HIV免疫婴儿、社交应用与性少数人群、出入境与族群反歧视、HIV故意传播、物质滥用与新型活性物质等,和我国HIV防治、对易感人群造成影响和疾病负担息息相关。应明确HIV相关的伦理、法律问题带来的原则、规则挑战,为法律、政策制定和一线卫生工作者提供更好的理论指南。
The HIV/AIDS related spotlight topics concerning law and ethics include issues of Germ-line genome editing and AIDS immune twin girls in Shenzhen, gay dating app, discrimination concerning international traveling, intentional HIV transmission, substance abuse and synthetic substances. All those are relevant with AIDS prevention/treatment and disease burden in China, and cause harm to vulnerable groups. Comprehensive law and policy responses are needed. Understanding of HIV/AIDS related legal and ethical challenges can help law and policy development and provide better guidance for medical and public health practice on the front line.
