Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of THRSP protein in human breast cancer tissue. Methods 102 patients with breast cancer were selected, paraffin samples from the tissues of patients were extracted,SP method was used to detect THRSP protein expression in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, clinical data of the patient was organized,The relationship between expression of THRSP protein and both expression of male and female receptors(ER),rogesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(her-2),and genotype, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis rate, histological grade was observed and analyzed. Results The expression of THRSP protein was mainly localized in the nucleus, and the cytoplasm of that had a small amount of expression. The positive expression rate of THRSP protein of breast tissues was 56.86%(58/102),which was higher than that of the paracancer tissues by 3.92%(4/102)(P<0.05).The abnormally high expression of THRSP in breast tissue was associated with histological grading, but which was independent of patient's age, primary tumor size,ER,PR,her-2 status, genotype, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and other factors. Conclusion The positive expression of THRSP protein in breast cancer tissue is higher than that in normal breast tissue, and the higher the histological grade of breast, the higher the positive expression of THRSP protein in patients.
