不同临床特征胰腺癌患者CA19-9、CA242及CEA水平及其临床意义

Analysis of Clinical Values on the Levels of CA19-9,CA242 and CEA in Patients with Pancreatic Cancer with Different Clinical Characteristics

目的探究不同临床特征胰腺癌患者血清癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌抗原242(CA242)及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平及其临床意义。方法选取80例胰腺癌患者作为研究组,另匹配同期体检的70例健康人群作为健康组,检测并比较2组的血清肿瘤标志物,并据其得出血清肿瘤标志物诊断胰腺癌的敏感度、特异性及准确率。结果胰腺癌患者组血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA242及CEA水平均显著高于健康健康组(P<0.05)。随着病理分期的增加,胰腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA242及CEA的水平均显著增加(P<0.05);肿瘤直径≥5 cm的胰腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA242及CEA的水平均显著高于肿瘤直径<5 cm的患者(P<0.05)。联合检测诊断胰腺癌的敏感度为96.25%,特异度为74.28%,准确率为86.00%,准确率和敏感度均优于单项检测。结论胰腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA242及CEA水平较高,且随着病理分期以及肿瘤直径的增加,患者血清肿瘤标志物水平逐渐升高。联合检测CA19-9、CA242及CEA可作为胰腺癌患者早期诊断的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical values on the levels of serum cancer antigen 19-9(CA19-9),cancer antigen 242(CA242)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and their clinical significance in patients with pancreatic cancer with different clinical characteristics.Methods 80 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected as the research group,and 70 healthy people who were matched for physical examination at the same time were selected as the health group.The serum tumor markers in the 2 groups were compared,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the serum tumor markers in diagnosing pancreatic cancer were obtained.Results The levels of serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA242 and CEA in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).With the increase of pathological stage,the levels of CA19-9,CA242 and CEA in patients with pancreatic cancer increased significantly(P<0.05).the levels of serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA242 and CEA in patients with tumor diameter≥5 cm were significantly higher than those in patients with tumor diameter<5 cm(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were 96.25%,74.28%and 86.00%,respectively.The accuracy rate and sensitivity were better than those of single detection.Conclusion The levels of serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA242 and CEA in patients with pancreatic cancer are relatively high,and the levels of serum tumor markers gradually increase with the increase of pathological stage and tumor diameter.Combined detection of CA19-9,CA242 and CEA can be used as an effective method for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer patients.
