靶材成分对Ni-Cr合金层组织成分及耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用双辉等离子表面冶金技术在Q235钢表面制备了不同靶材成分比条件下的Ni-Cr合金层,研究了靶材成分与Ni-Cr合金层成分之间的关系,并运用电化学测试技术评价了Ni-Cr合金层的耐蚀性。结果表明:Ni-Cr合金层组织均匀致密,且与基体结合良好。Ni80Cr20靶材制备的Ni-Cr合金层主要物相为Ni2.9Cr0.7Fe0.36奥氏体相,当靶材中Cr含量高于40%时,Ni-Cr合金层主要物相为Cr0.19Fe0.7Ni0.11相和少量Fe-Cr相,且随着Cr元素含量增加,Fe-Cr相的含量逐渐增多,Cr0.19Fe0.7Ni0.11相的含量逐渐减少,而Ni-Cr合金层的耐蚀性和对基体的保护效率也在增强。 Ni-Cr alloyed layers were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by double glow plasma surface metallurgy using different target compositions as raw materials.The relationship between the target composition and Ni-Cr alloyed layer composition was studied,and the corrosion resistance of the Ni-Cr alloyed layers was evaluated by electrochemical measurement.The results show that the Ni-Cr alloyed layers have uniform and dense structure and good bonding with the matrix.The main phase of the Ni-Cr alloyed layer prepared by Ni80Cr20 target is Ni2.9Cr0.7Fe0.36 austenitic phase.When the Cr content in the target is higher than 40%,the main phase of the Ni-Cr alloyed layers is Cr0.19Fe0.7Ni0.11 phase and a small amount of Fe-Cr phase.With the increase of Cr element content in the target,the content of the Fe-Cr phase increases gradually,the content of the Cr0.19Fe0.7Ni0.11 phase decreases gradually,and the corrosion resistance and the protection efficiency of the Ni-Cr alloyed layers are enhanced.
