Effect of Ni content on friction and wear properties of Ni/AT13 coatings

摘要 采用大气等离子喷涂技术在20钢表面制备Ni质量分数分别为0%、10%、30%、50%和60%的Ni/AT13复合涂层,采用QG-700型摩擦磨损试验机在室温干摩擦条件下测试了涂层的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜和XRD射线衍射仪研究了涂层的显微形貌和相组成,并研究了Ni添加量对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:添加Ni后,涂层中有NiO新相生成,涂层中孔隙减少,涂层与基体的结合强度增加,显微硬度降低。涂层磨损率随着Ni含量的增加而降低,Ni的添加改善了涂层的摩擦磨损性能,其中Ni质量分数为30%时涂层摩擦磨损性能最好。 Ni/AT13 composite coatings with Ni content of 0%,10%,30%,50%and 60%(mass fraction)were prepared on the surface of 20 steel by atmospheric plasma spraying technique.The friction and wear properties of the coatings were tested by QG-700 friction testing machine under dry friction conditions at room temperature.Microstructure and phase composition of the coatings were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer,and the effect of Ni addition on the wear properties of the coatings was also studied.The results show that:after adding Ni,there is NiO new phase formation in the coatings,the pores in the coatings decrease,the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate increases,and the microhardness of the coatings decreases.The wear rate of the coatings decreases with the increase of Ni content,and the addition of Ni improves the friction wear performance of the coatings,in which the coating wear performance is the best when the content of Ni is 30%(mass fraction).
