摘要
通过CAE仿真分析软件,对翼子板进行CAE成形分析,将大量CAE分析数据和实际工艺设计经验相结合,总结归纳出翼子板冲压工艺方案设计要素及注意事项。阐述了翼子板合件和单件工艺方案的各自优缺点,详细总结了拉延工序中冲压方向、压料面和工艺补充的作用、设计方法和基本要求,同时也介绍了后工序工艺内容、各自特点以及注意事项。此外,对设计中易出现的工艺问题给出了经CAE分析和实际生产同时验证后的可行性解决方案,并介绍了为了改善冲压工艺性对零件局部特征进行优化的方法。经生产验证,提出的设计方案工艺性合理、产品质量稳定,能够满足大量生产需求。
The forming process of fender was analyzed by simulation analysis software CAE,and the key elements and considerations in the design of stamping process plan for fender were summarized by combining a lot of CAE analysis data with practical process design experiences.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of process plans for both double and single parts were described respectively,and the functions,design method and basic requirements of stamping direction,blank holder surface and process supplement in the drawing process,as well as the contents,their respective characteristics and the considerations of the later processes were introduced emphatically. In addition,the feasible solutions to the process problems which were easy to appear in the design were given which were verified by CAE analysis and practical production,and the method of optimizing the local characteristics of parts was introduced to improve the stamping processability. After the verification of production,the design plan proposed is reasonable in processability and stable in product quality,and meets the needs of large-scale production.
