锻造车间数据采集与分析系统的设计与应用 被引量:7

Design and application on data acquisition and analysis system in forging workshop

摘要 面对锻造车间多种类、多接口、多协议的设备现状,为解决设备间"多源异构"和"信息孤岛"难题,设计了一套数据采集与分析系统,将各种生产设备的控制参数、工艺数据及能源信息进行采集、存储与分析。阐述了采集分析系统的数据特点、采集方式和网络架构,基于C#语言搭建采集和传输程序,结合数据操作语言实现信息存储、分析。实际应用表明,采集系统具有很好的兼容性和通用性,可同时采集全厂多个设备数据,并涵盖多种触发模式,单次采集时间最小可达到100 ms,单日采集有效数据可达4×10^6条,有效实现了工厂内多条生产线设备的数据采集和信息的统计分析。 Faced with the equipment status of multiple types,multi-interfaces and multi-protocol in the forging workshop,in order to solve the problems of‘multi-source heterogeneity’and‘information islands’ between equipments,the data collection and analysis system was designed,and the control parameters,process data and energy information of various production equipments were collected,stored and analyzed. Then,the data characteristics,collection methods and network structure of the collection and analysis systems were described,and the information storage and analysis with data manipulation language were realized by building the acquisition and transmission programs based on C# language.Practical application shows that the system has good compatibility and versatility to simultaneously collect data from multiple devices under various trigger modes,and the minimum time for a single collection reaches 100 ms. In a single day,the system collects four million valid data to effectively realize the data collection and information statistical analysis of multiple production line equipments in the factory.
