摘要
为评估结构件在不同工况下的可靠度演变规律,文中在开展有限元分析的基础上,基于仿真结果数据开发了可靠性评估软件。在ABAQUS软件中完成了结构件在不同工况下的应力、应变和变形分析;通过固化有限元仿真分析流程,利用可靠性理论建立了基于变形量的结构件可靠性评估模型;采用Python语言开发了结构件可靠性评估软件,根据提取的有限元仿真结果数据计算了不同工况下结构件的可靠度指标,得到部件可靠度随载荷的演变规律。文中介绍了软件开发的技术架构和开发环境,分析了软件开发流程和功能模块,阐述了软件实现的关键技术,并以某雷达部件为例,完成了部件可靠性评估并验证了软件的有效性。
To evaluate the reliability of structural component under different work conditions,a reliability evaluation software is developed on the basis of finite element simulation results.The stress,strain and deformation analysis of the components under different work conditions are finished by ABAQUS software.The reliability evaluation model for the component is established based on the deformation through solidifying the finite element simulation analysis process by ABAQUS.The corresponding reliability evaluation software is developed with Python language and the reliability of component under different work conditions is calculated based on finite element simulation results.Moreover,the rule of the component reliability varying with the load is obtained.In this paper the technical framework and development environment of the software development are introduced,the software development process and functional modules are analyzed and the key techniques are described.Taking a radar component as an example,its reliability is evaluated and the effectiveness of the software is verified.
