摘要
针对传统雷达交互式电子手册制作工作量大、效率低等问题,提出了雷达结构三维交互式电子手册制作方法。该方法首先根据产品工程物料清单(Engineering Bill of Material,EBOM)生成服务物料清单(Service Bill of Material,SBOM),然后生成爆炸图、拆装动画、物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)表等三维数据,在此基础上,依据GJB 6600—2008制作三维交互式电子手册,最后经审签后发布。对基于装配约束和碰撞检测的爆炸图生成技术、基于爆炸图的拆装动画自动生成技术、基于GJB 6600—2008的交互式电子手册组织形式等关键技术进行了深入研究。开发了雷达结构三维交互式电子手册制作软件,并以雷达某关键部件为例,验证了方法的有效性。
The method of making the three-dimensional interactive electronic technical manual for radar structure is put forward to solve the problems in traditional radar interactive electronic manual making such as heavy workload,low efficiency.This method firstly generates SBOM form EBOM,and then generates the three-dimensional data such as exploded view,disassembly and assembly animation and BOM table.On this basis,the three-dimensional interactive electronic technical manual is made according to GJB 6600—2008 and published after audit at last.The key technologies is studied,including exploded view generation based on assembly constraint and collision detection,disassembly and assembly animation automatic generation based on exploded view,three-dimensional interactive electronic technical manual organization structure based on GJB 6600—2008.A three-dimensional interactive electronic technical manual making software is developed.The effectiveness of the method is verified by taking a radar key component as a test example.
