摘要 在石油化工企业中,随着炼油化工装置规模的不断扩大、装置类型的不断增多,随着产品结构调整,同一装置存在不同加工工况情况,而此时装置中的大型电动机根据不同工况负载率差别较大,因此电能浪费情况较为严重。通过装置增设永磁调试装置技改项目实例,在不对变电所改造的情况下就达到了节电目的,且装置运行可靠,是一种经济有效的解决方案,对该类工程有一定借鉴意义。 In petrochemical enterprises,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the oil refining chemical plant and the increase of the type of device,with the adjustment of the product structure,the same device has different processing conditions,and at this time the large motor in the device has different load rates according to different working conditions.Big difference,Therefore,the waste of electrical energy is more serious.By adding a permanent magnetic debugging device technical reform project example,the power saving purpose is achieved without transforming the substation,and the device is reliable.It is an economical and effective solution,and it has certain reference signifcance for this kind of project.
