摘要
针对基于漏磁变压器工作的微波炉,开展电磁振动噪音机理与控制方法研究。通过分析微波炉噪音产生机理与传递路径,设计具有针对性和高效性的降噪手段,以达成控制微波炉振动噪音的目的。详细阐述变压器引起的电磁振动噪音在各传递路径对整机噪音的贡献量,并采用合理的分析方法与降噪手段改善微波炉整机振动噪音问题。
The electromagnetic noise mechanism and vibration noise control of microwave oven with magnetic leakage transformer are studied.By analyzing the mechanism and transmission path of microwave noise,the noise reduction methods with targeted and efficient are designed to control the vibration and noise of microwave oven.The transmission path of electromagnetic noise caused by transformer is described and evaluated the contribution of each path noise to the whole machine in detail.And,the reasonable analysis method and noise reduction means are applied to reduce the vibration and noise level of the microwave oven.
