针对固有频率计算的冰箱管路不同建模方法对比研究

摘要 针对压缩机排气管共振问题,选择我司某款冰箱,根据设计图纸进行管路建模与高精度扫描设备扫描建模两种方式对冰箱排气管进行建模仿真,得到其固有频率分布特征。根据实验和仿真固有频率结果分析,发现仿真结果与实验测试最大误差率达14.9%,而采用高精度扫描设备进行实物扫描建模,得到的仿真结果与实验测试更贴近,最大误差率在6.8%,有效反映了实际排气管的固有频率分布特征,减小了常规按图建模仿真方法带来的误差影响,为冰箱管路建模仿真研究和进行下一步优化设计提供了可靠性参考。 For the problem of the compressor exhaust pipe resonance,select one of our refrigerators,and model the simulation of the refrigerator exhaust pipe in two ways according to the design drawings:pipeline modeling and high-resolution scanning equipment scanning modeling that get its natural frequency distribution characteristics.Analysis based on experimental and simulated fixed frequency results,we found there is a large error between the simulation results and the experimental tests,with a maximum error rate of 14.9%.Using high-precision scanning equipment for physical scanning modeling,the simulation results obtained are closer to the experimental tests.The maximum error rate is 6.8%,which effectively reflects the solid-frequency distribution characteristics of the actual exhaust pipe,reduces the error impact caused by the conventional method of modeling and simulation according to the diagram,and studies the refrigerator pipeline modeling and simulation.Optimized design provides reliability reference.
