翻译与对外文学话语体系之构建

Translation and Construction of China’s International Discourse System on Literature

近年来,许多专家学者将目光聚焦在中国对外话语体系建设这一宏大议题上。作为中国对外话语体系的一部分,对外文学话语体系的构建具有一定的独特性。对外文学话语体系建设与翻译实践和翻译理论研究密不可分,应在文学作品的译介、出版推广和对外传播上着力。首先,对外文学话语构建应具有多样性和包容性,文学典籍(含民族典籍)是对外文学话语的重要译介对象。其次,应该在翻译和出版上进行合理规划,特别是政府层面的规划,"大中华文库"的翻译出版就是一个较成功的范例;同时,文学话语构建离不开民间各方面、各界人士的通力合作。我国的对外文学话语在各界同仁的努力和通力合作下,将更为有效地向世界传递中国文学的声音,为我国对外话语体系建设发挥重要作用。

In recent years, many scholars have given their focus on the grand topic of constructing China’s international discourse system. The international discourse system on literature, with its unique features, is an inseparable part of the construction of China’s international discourse system, and it is closely related with translation activities and the corresponding studies. In the process of constructing China’s international discourse system on literature, the priority goes to translation, publication and promotion abroad. To begin with, the construction should embrace diversity and inclusiveness, which is enhanced by the translation of both classics in Mandarin and classics of ethnic minorities. Moreover, the well-planned programs in both translation and publication, especially the programs sponsored by the government, should be launched. The publication of Library of Chinese Classics is a contribution to the construction of China’s international discourse system on literature. Meanwhile, the construction is the result of the efforts of people from different fields. We hold that, with all these efforts, China’s international discourse on literature can convey the voice of Chinese literature more effectively and play an important role in constructing China’s international discourse.
