摘要
15万t/a催化轻汽油醚化装置采用LNE-3轻汽油醚化技术,以总叔碳烯烃质量分数约为20.80%的催化轻汽油为原料,在第1和第2醚化反应器入口温度分别约为48.0,55.0℃,甲醇/叔碳烯烃(摩尔比)约为1.35,反应压力为0.80 MPa,进料空速为0.9 h-1的操作条件下,对装置进行了标定。结果表明:醚化反应后,C5/C6叔碳烯烃平均转化率分别为92.37%,45.54%,醚化轻汽油收率为108%;与原料轻汽油相比,醚化后轻汽油研究法辛烷值提高了约1.1个单位,总叔碳烯烃质量分数降低了约16个百分点;全年甲醇转化为92#汽油的收益约为5200万元;装置实际能耗高于设计值。
A 0.15 Mt/a catalytic light gasoline etherification unit adopting LNE-3 light gasoline etherification technology was calibrated using cata-lytic light gasoline with total tertiary carbon olefin mass fraction about 20.80%as raw material under the operating conditions of the first and second etherification reactors inlet temperatures about 48.0,55.0℃respectively,alcohol/tertiary carbon olefin(molar ratio)about 1.35,reaction pressure of 0.80 MPa and feed space velocity of 0.9 h-1.The results showed that after etherification,the average conversion of C5/C6 tertiary carbon olefins was 92.37%and 45.54%respectively,and the yield of etherized light gasoline was 108%.Compared with light gasoline raw material,the research octane num-ber of light gasoline products after etherification in-creased about 1.1 units,and the mass fraction of to-tal tertiary carbon olefin decreased about 16 percent-age points.The annual revenue of converting metha-nol into 92#gasoline was about 52 million yuan.The actual energy consumption of the unit was higher than the design value.
