摘要
采用器外真硫化技术,对45万t/a柴油加氢改质装置所使用的器内硫化态的高活性加氢精制催化剂(牌号为FHUDS-8)、改质异构降凝催化剂(牌号为FC-16 B)和临氢降凝催化剂(牌号为FDW-3),进行了器外再生预硫化;同时,为了解决装置运行末期加氢精制反应器高温下脱硫困难的问题,在其下部补充了少量的真硫化态FHUDS-5加氢催化剂。结果表明:开工过程中,与器内硫化态加氢催化剂相比,采用器外真硫化态加氢催化剂的开工时间缩短了55 h,动力消耗费用降低了9万元,并且无废水排放;在装置运行初期,通过参数调整,产品质量满足内控指标要求。
The in-reactor sulfurized state catalyst of highly active hydrorefining catalyst(FHDS-8),modified isomerism and pour point reduction catalyst(FC-16 B)and hydrogen depressurization catalyst(FDW-3)in a 0.45 Mt/a diesel hydro-upgra-ding unit was pre-sulfurized by outside-reactor true sulfurization technology.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of difficult desulfurization at high temperature in the hydrorefining reactor at the end of the operation,a small amount of outside-reactor true sulfurized state FHUDS-5 hydrogenation catalyst was added in the lower part of the hydrorefining reactor.The results showed that during the start-up process,compared with apply-ing in-reactor sulfurized state hydrogenation cata-lyst,the start-up time applying outside-reactor true sulfurized state hydrogenation catalyst shortened by 55 h,the power consumption cost reduced by 90000 yuan,and no wastewater was discharged.At the initial stage of the operation,the product quality could meet the requirements of internal control index through parameter adjustment.
