在伊拉克艾哈代布油田,现有清洗剂的清洗效果不理想,针对存在的技术难题,渤海钻探工程公司成立问题解决型QC小组,通过不断加强现状调查,注重过程控制,发挥科研优势,扎实、有效地开展各项小组活动,顺利完成了低成本、高闪点、高质量清洗剂的研制,并进行了生产、运输和现场应用。公司运用QC小组活动,在提高清洗剂生产效率、改善作业环境、保证安全生产的同时,充分调动了小组成员参与质量管理的积极性,切实推动了企业高质量发展。

In Iraq’s Ahdeb oilfield,the cleaning effect of the existing cleaning agent is not ideal.In view of the existing technical problems,Bohai Drilling Engineering Company established a problem-solving QC team.By continuously strengthening the status quo investigation,focusing on process control,giving full play to the advantages of scientific research,carrying out various team activities in a solid and effective manner,a low-cost,high flash point and high-quality cleaning agent was successfully developed,and its production and field application were finished.Through QC group activities,the company not only improves the efficiency of detergent production,improves the working environment and ensures the safety of production,but also fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of group members to participate in quality management,which effectively promotes the high-quality development of the enterprise.
