摘要
工艺管道是LNG接收站工艺系统的关键组成部分,其安全可靠运行对LNG接收站意义重大。管道试压是对管道材料、施工质量及完整性进行综合检验的关键工序,是确保管道安全可靠运行的最后一环。鉴此,从工艺管道试压方式、试压介质、试验压力、稳压时间4个方面对GB 50235-2010、ASME B 31.3-2018进行了对比分析,并在此基础上对标准执行与修订提出了建议,对后续LNG接收站工艺管道试压及有关标准的修订具有借鉴意义。
The process pipeline is the key component of the LNG terminal process system,and its safe and reliable operation is of great significance to the LNG terminal.Pipeline pressure test is the key process for comprehensive inspection of pipeline materials,construction quality and integrity,and the last step to ensure the safe and reliable operation of pipeline.In view of this,this paper makes a comparative analysis of GB 50235-2010 and ASME b31.3-2018 from the four aspects of pressure test mode,pressure test medium,test pressure and pressure stabilization time of process pipeline,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions for the implementation and revision of the standard,which is of reference significance for subsequent pressure test of process pipeline in LNG terminal and revision of relevant standards.
