无线修井参数仪的设计与应用

摘要 修井参数仪是井下修井施工过程中必备的仪表,针对传统的修井参数仪存在安装费时、费力,使用过程中反应迟缓与测量精度低等问题,设计一种无线修井参数监测系统,实现修井参数无线监测。无线修井参数监测系统以参数显示控制装置内嵌的计算机为核心,以传感器为基础,实现修井施工过程中各参数采集、计算、处理和无线网络传输。参数监测系统由显示控制装置、传感器、发射器、接收器、无线网络和后台计算机系统组成。现场应用表明,无线修井参数监测系统工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,可以为修井司机和工程技术人员提供可靠的实时参数变化和事故预警,无线修井参数仪是一款具有国内领先技术的修井现场监测系统。 Workover parameter instrument is a necessary instrument in the process of downhole workover construction. Aiming at the problems of traditional workover parameter instrument, such as laborious installation, slow response in use and low measurement accuracy, a wireless workover parameter monitoring system is designed to realize the wireless monitoring of workover parameters. The wireless workover parameter monitoring system takes the computer embedded in the parameter display control device as the core and the sensor as the basis to realize the parameter collection, calculation, processing and wireless network transmission in the process of workover construction. The parameter monitoring system consists of display control device, sensor, transmitter, receiver, wireless network and background computer system. The field application shows that the wireless workover parameter monitoring system works stably and reliably with high measurement accuracy, which can provide reliable real-time parameter change and accident prediction for workover drivers and engineering technicians. Wireless workover parameter meter is a kind of on-site monitoring system with domestic leading technology.
