南A井一级井控风险治理的实践与认识

Practice and Understanding in Management of First-Degree Well-Control Risks of Well Nan A

南A井是中国石油大庆油田长垣南部2011年完钻的一口生产井,2012年4月压裂过程中发生井喷,部分压裂管柱未起出井,用吊卡和钢丝绳倒勒固定管柱,松开钢丝绳时油管上窜,无法拆除井口及防喷器,且钢丝绳已出现断股,存在较大的安全及环保隐患,急需治理。针对上述复杂情况,通过充分论证,全面识别风险因素,明确处理关键点,采取带压作业设备与防上顶卡瓦相互配合,成功拆除吊卡及钢丝绳,并起出井内全部管柱。截至2020年3月,该井已累积产油2876t,处理措施取得了较好的效果,为同类井况治理提供借鉴。

Nan A well is a production well completed in 2011 in the south of Changyuan,Daqing Oilfield.In April 2012,a blowout occurred during the fracturing process.A part of the fracturing string did not come out of the well.The pipe string was fixed by elevator and steel wire rope.But when the steel wire rope was loosened,the tubing went up,and the wellhead and blowout preventer could not be removed.a part of the strands of the steel wire rope had broken,so there was a large potential safety and environmental protection hazard,which needed urgent treatment.In view of the above complex situation,through full demonstration,comprehensively identify the risk factors,clear the key points,the elevator and wire rope was successfully removed and all the pipe string in the well was lifted out by using pressurized operation equipment and anti up channeling slip.At present,the cumulative oil production of the well is 2305 t,and the treatment measures have achieved good results,which provides a reference for the treatment of similar well conditions.
