丁香祛痘散治疗面部寻常痤疮患者的临床疗效以及对皮损组织IL-1、IL-6水平的影响

Clinical efficacy of Dingxiang Qudou powder in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris and its effect on IL-1 and IL-6 levels of cutaneous lesions

目的探讨丁香祛痘散治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级面部寻常痤疮患者的临床疗效及其对皮损组织白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月在广西医科大学第一附属医院西院中医科门诊就诊的Ⅱ~Ⅲ级寻常痤疮患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者给予丁香祛痘散外敷治疗,对照组患者给予祛痘散外敷治疗,每周治疗3次,连续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液流变学变化;比较两组患者治疗前后皮损组织中的IL-1、IL-6水平。结果治疗2周,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(88.0%)明显高于对照组(58.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的血液高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度及血浆黏度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者皮损组织的IL-1、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者皮损组织的IL-1、IL-6水平均显著降低,观察组患者的水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现外敷部位水肿、红斑、疼痛及渗出等不良反应。结论外敷丁香祛痘散治疗面部寻常痤疮患者疗效显著,可显著降低患者皮损组织的IL-1、IL-6水平。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dingxiang Qudou powder in the treatment of patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲfacial acne vulgaris and its effect on the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in cutaneous lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲacne vulgaris treated in the Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Western Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were administered external application with Dingxiang Qudou powder,whereas the control group was given external application with Qudou powder,for 3 times a week and two-week continuous treatment.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology changes,and the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in cutaneous lesion before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(88.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(58.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in blood high shear viscosity,medium shear viscosity,low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in IL-1 and IL-6 levels of cutaneous lesion between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in cutaneous lesions significantly decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,no adverse reactions as for edema,erythema,ache and exudation at the external application site occurred in both groups.Conclusion External application of Dingxiang Qudou powder in the treatment of patients with facial acne vulgaris has a significant efficacy,which can significantly decrease the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in patients with cutaneous lesions.
