摘要
冠状病毒(Coronavirus,CoV)是一类严重危害人类和畜禽健康的致病微生物,广泛存在于自然界中。目前已知能感染人的冠状病毒共7种,分别为人冠状病毒229E(HCoV-229E)、人冠状病毒OC43(HCoV-OC43)、SARS冠状病毒(Severe acute respiratory syndrome virus,SARS-CoV)、人冠状病毒NL63(HCoV-NL63)、人冠状病毒香港I(HCoV-HKU1)、中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(MERSCoV)和新型冠状病毒(Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)。核酸扩增技术是生命科学领域非常有效的技术,环介导恒温扩增技术(loop mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是科研人员发展的十多种核酸恒温扩增技术之一。本文着重介绍LAMP技术在检测人冠状病毒的研究进展。
Coronavirus is a kind of pathogenic microorganism which seriously endangers the health of human beings and livestock.At present,7 kinds of coronaviruses are known to infect human,including HCoV-229E,HCoV-OC43,SARS-CoV,HCoV-NL63,HCoV-HKU1,MERS-CoV,and SARS-CoV-2.Nucleic acid amplification technology is a very effective technology in the field of life science.Loop mediated isothermal amplification(lamp)is one of more than ten kinds of nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology developed by researchers.This paper focuses on the progress of LAMP in the detection of human Coronavirus.
