摘要
目的了解天津市河北区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理选择用药提供依据。方法采用淡色库蚊幼虫浸渍法进行测定。结果河北区淡色库蚊对残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷、高效氯氟氰菊酯的LD50(μg/♀)及其95%置信限分别为6.04×10^-2(4.53×10^-2~8.04×10^-2)、4.38×10^-5(3.26×10^-5~5.90×10^-5)、1.38×10^-4(9.86×10^-5~1.94×10^-4)、3.16×10^-3(2.15×10^-3~4.64×10^-3)、1.50×10^-4(1.01×10^-4~2.20×10^-4)、1.96×10^-5(1.40×10^-5~2.75×10^-5);抗性系数依次为17.98、12.88、23、4.57、24.92和10.37。结论河北区淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯抗药性较高,对双硫磷低抗性。抗药性监测结果为指导合理使用卫生杀虫剂,延缓蚊虫抗药性的增强提供了科学依据。
Objectives To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in Hebei District of Tianjin,To provide basis for rational choice of drug use.Methods The larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were impregnated.Results The LD50 and 95%confidence limits of Culex pipiens pallens to propoxur,cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin,parathion and cypermethrin were 6.04×10^-2(4.53×10^-2~8.04×10^-2)、4.38×10^-5(3.26×10^-5~5.90×10^-5)、1.38×10^-4(9.86×10^-5~1.94×10^-4)、3.16×10^-3(2.15×10^-3~4.64×10^-3)、1.50×10^-4(1.01×10-4~2.20×10-4)、1.96×10-5(1.40×10-5~2.75×10-5)respectively.The resistance coefficients were 17.98,12.88,23,4.57,24.92 and 10.37 respectively.Conclusions The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to permethrin and deltamethrin was higher than that to parathion.The results of resistance monitoring provide a scientific basis for guiding the rational use of health insecticides and delaying the enhancement of mosquito resistance.
