延续性护理干预对癌痛患者满意度及服药依从性的影响

Effects of applying continuous nursing intervention for satisfaction and medication compliance of patients with cancer pain

目的探讨延续性护理干预对于癌痛患者护理满意度及用药依从性的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月我科治疗的癌痛患者120例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予延续性护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度和用药依从性。结果观察组护理满意度和用药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用延续性护理干预,对提高癌痛患者用药依从性和护理满意度具有积极作用,可予以推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention for nursing satisfaction and medication compliance of patients with cancer pain.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with cancer pain treated by our department from May 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention to compare the nursing satisfaction and medication compliance of patients of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and medication compliance in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention had a positive effect on improving the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with cancer pain,and can be promoted and applied.
