耳穴埋豆与穴位按摩对促进妇科腹腔镜术后早期排气的效果

Effects of applying auricular bean-embedding therapy and acupoint massage for early exhaust after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨耳穴埋豆与穴位按摩对促进腹腔镜术后早期排气的效果。方法选取本院自2016年1月至2019年1月收治的156例腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用耳穴埋豆与穴位按摩,比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复时间和腹胀改善效果。结果观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,观察组患者腹胀改善效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后腹胀患者应用耳穴埋豆与穴位按摩,可以促进胃肠功能尽快恢复,降低腹胀的发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular bean-embedding therapy and acupoint massage for early exhaust after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods To select 156 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery from January 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received auricular bean-embedding therapy and acupoint massage to compare the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the improvement effect of abdominal distension between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the improvement effect of abdominal distension in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular bean-embedding therapy and acupoint massage can promote gastrointestinal function recovery as soon as possible and reduce the incidence rate of abdominal distension.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
