脉动真空清洗消毒器在腔镜器械清洗中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨脉动真空清洗消毒器在腔镜器械清洗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月回收到消毒供应中心去污区待处理重复使用的腔镜器械共200件为研究对象,根据腔镜清洗机使用登记表,将腔镜器械分为A,B两组,A组为使用灌流式真空超声清洗器清洗腔镜器械,B组使用脉动真空清洗消毒器清洗腔镜器械。比较两组清洗质量、清洗后的RLU值、清洗时间以及器械损坏情况。结果两组目测合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的清洁度以及杰力阴性率均高于A组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05);B组的ATP荧光阳性率低于A组,清洗后的RUL值低于A组,清洗时间短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组清洗后的器械损坏率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉动真空清洗消毒器对腔镜的清洗效果好,可缩短清洗时间,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer in cleaning endoscope instruments.Methods To select 200 endoscopic instruments that were recycled to the decontamination area of the disinfection supply center for treatment and reuse in March 2019 as the study objects.According to the registration form of use of the endoscopic cleaning machine,the endoscopic instruments were divided into A and B groups.The group A used irrigated vacuum ultrasonic cleaner to clean the endoscopic instruments,and the group B used the pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer to clean the endoscopic instruments to compare the cleaning quality,RLU value after cleaning,cleaning time and instrument damage of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the pass rate by visual inspection between the two groups(P>0.05).The cleanliness and the Jerry negative rate in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of ATP fluorescence in group B was lower than that in group A,the RLU value after cleaning was lower than that in group A,the cleaning time was shorter than that in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the instrument damage rate between the two groups after cleaning(P>0.05).Conclusion The pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer had a good cleaning effect on the endoscope,and can shorten the cleaning time.
