Experiences in the Management of Special History Archives of Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station

江坪河水电站工程建设项目工程自开工、停工至复工跨度时间长,工程建设难度大。特殊的历史原因形成了特殊的建设项目档案,给档案管理带来极大的挑战和难度。通过认真分析档案资料现状,采取地毯式清理形成资料清册,外聘有经验专家现场指导,依托档案外包形式进行突击式整理,强有力收集和高质量整理措施的成功实施,为下闸蓄水目标顺利实现创造了有利条件,为档案专项验收打下了坚实基础。

The construction period of Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station project is long because it has experienced a complicated process of starting, shut down and resumption of construction, which makes the project construction more difficult. Special historical reasons have formed special construction project archives, which brings great challenges and difficulties to archive management. Through carefully analyzing current status of archives, some powerful measures including adopting a carpet cleaning to form a file inventory, inviting external experts to guide and adopting outsourcing to sort out files are carried out. The successful implementation of these measures has created favorable conditions for the smooth realization of reservoir impoundment, and laid a solid foundation for the special acceptance of archives.
