摘要
在狭窄河谷采用超硬岩填筑高混凝土面板堆石坝坝体应力变形复杂,技术难度大。针对江坪河水电站大坝面板坝坝料、坝高和河谷狭窄的特点,为减小大坝变形和不均匀变形,从河谷形状、坝体填筑标准、坝体分区、碾压机具及碾压工艺、施工以及面板设计等几个方面进行了深入研究,提出一套适用于狭窄河谷高面板堆石坝的变形控制措施,可为狭窄河谷高混凝土面板堆石坝建设提供参考。
The stress and deformation of high concrete face rockfill dam( CFRD) filled in super-hard rock and located in narrow river valley is complicated, so the design and construction of this CFRD is difficult in technology. In order to reduce the deformation and uneven settlement of the CFRD in Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station, the design of the CFRD is researched indepth from the aspects of valley shape, dam body filling standard, dam body partition, rolling machine and rolling process,construction and panel design based on the characteristics of dam material, dam height and narrow valley. A set of deformation control measures suitable for the high face rockfill dam in narrow valley is also proposed, which can provide a reference for the construction of high concrete face rockfill dam in narrow valley.
