摘要
在面板堆石坝的施工中,填料的压实质量对坝体的稳定性和耐久性非常重要。传统的质量控制方法主要依靠人工现场控制碾压参数和试坑取样的检测技术,存在信息不准确、不全面的问题。为此,在江坪河水电站大坝工程建设过程中,根据现场实际情况,建立了基于测量机器人的大坝填筑碾压施工质量监控系统。实践表明,该系统实用性强,对于保证填筑施工质量具有重要作用。
In the construction of face rockfill dams, the compaction quality of the filler is very important to the stability and durability of the dam. Traditional quality control methods mainly rely on the detection technologies of manual on-site control of rolling parameters and test pit sampling, which has the problem of inaccurate and incomplete information. To this end, during the dam construction of Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station, a supervisory system for dam filling and roller compaction quality based on georobot is established according to actual situation on site. The practice shows that the system is highly practical and plays an important role in ensuring the quality of filling construction.
