The supervision work faces unusual challenges in the construction of Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station as the special construction process of project. Based on the actual situation of Jiangpinhe project, the strategy of " Three control, two management, and one coordination" is implemented, and the corresponding measures of organizational structure and personnel structure adjustment are taken according to the characteristics of project to provide quality supervision service for the project.The series of work at the beginning of the supervision and the particularity of the supervision are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the smooth progress of the follow-up work.
