基于肾素-血管紧张素系统评析新冠病毒致多脏器损伤作用及中药干预作用 被引量:43

摘要 湖北武汉爆发新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情,给我国公共卫生事业带来了巨大挑战。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)结合血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)受体激活经典的肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)调节途径,作用于肺及肺外靶器官,引发多脏器损伤。中医药干预COVID-19,临床疗效可观,且多种中药能够调控RAS。本文通过阐述RAS在SARS-CoV-2所致多脏器损伤中的作用以及中药对其干预调控作用,旨在为后续临床相关研究及治疗、抗新冠病毒药物研发提供指导依据。 Public health management in our country is greatly challenged by the outbreak of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)in Wuhan(Hubei).SARS-CoV-2,by binding to angiotenisn-converting enzyme-2(ACE2),activates the classic renin-angiotensin system(RAS),which acts on lungs and non-lung targeting organs,consequently inducing injuries in multiple organs.Clinical therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was demonstrated in COVID-19 patients since TCM could regulate RAS.This paper provides direction evidences for future relevant research and treatment in clinic and drug research and development for anti-SARS-CoV-2 through evaluating the effects of RAS in SARS-CoV-2-induced injuries in multiple organs and the intervention and regulatory effects of TCM on COVID-19.
