摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性强、致病范围广,严重威胁着全球的公共健康,重症患者常出现全身多脏器的损伤,这可能与炎症和氧化应激之间的相互促进、最终发生全身性细胞因子风暴有关,严重者导致死亡。中药在对抗烈性传染病方面具有多靶点、多通路的优势,本文从抗炎抗氧化角度综述近几年中药的药效机制,以期为临床新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗提供借鉴。
New coronavirus pneumonia is highly infectious and pathogenic,threating to the global public health seriously.Patients in severe condition have suffered from multiple organ damage,which might be related to abnormally increased inflammation,oxidative stress and cytokine storm eventually.Up to now,there is still a lack of specific medicine for new coronavirus pneumonia.Traditional Chinese medicine shows obvious advantages in fighting against severe infectious diseases.The effective mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of anti-inflammation and antioxidation was reviewed to provide references for the clinical treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine.
