重症病毒性肺炎中医药临床干预的要点与策略

Key Points and Strategies of Clinical Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Severe Viral Pneumonia

重症病毒性肺炎的临床治疗非常棘手,严重威胁人民生命安全,中西结合治疗可有效增加治愈率、降低死亡率。本次由武汉爆发的新型冠状病毒(Covid-2019)莫不如此。本文总结了作者多年从事感染性疾病治疗,传染性疾病防控,特别是参与上海市新型冠状病毒肺炎临床诊疗的经验,阐述了临床运用中医药干预重症病毒性肺炎的相关理论基础并归纳其要点,提出了基于临床实际的病因病机、中医证型分析方法,基于病程特点的干预时机与方法选择,基于机制分析的治疗策略。希望通过中医理论的指导不断深化对重症病毒性肺炎的认知,加快基础与临床研究,提高治疗的有效性、针对性、安全性和经济性。

The clinical treatment of severe viral pneumonia is very difficult.It is a serious threat to peoples lives,and the combination of Chinese and Western treatments is no doubt increasing the cure rate and reducing the mortality rate.This s experience in the treatment of infectious diseases and the prevention and control of infectious diseases,in particular,the novel coronavirus pneumonia clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of severe viral pneumonia in traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes the main points,analyzes the main causes and pathogenesis based on clinical practice,and analyzes the syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine.The timing and method selection is based on the characteristics of the course of disease.The treatment strategy is based on mechanism analysis.We hope to deepen the cognition of severe viral pneumonia,accelerate the basic and clinical research,and improve the effectiveness,pertinence,safety and economy of treatment.
