参松养心胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛伴慢性失眠患者临床疗效的影响

2Clinical Efficacy Influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsules on Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris Combined with Chronic Insomnia

目的观察参松养心胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)伴慢性失眠患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取UAP伴慢性失眠患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予UAP一般药物治疗,观察组在一般药物治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后UAP治疗效果,并评估患者的睡眠情况。结果治疗后观察组心绞痛发作次数、每次心绞痛发作持续时间、硝酸甘油消耗量均明显小于对照组(P<0.01),心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart-fatty acid binding protein,H-FABP)和脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。经治疗,两组患者的PSQI总评分均有所下降,但对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),而观察组下降明显(P<0.01),且与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。观察组UAP临床治疗总有效率为88.33%,对照组为66.67%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),且无影响治疗的不良反应。结论参松养心胶囊治疗可提高UAP伴慢性失眠患者疗效,能明显改善其心绞痛治疗效果和睡眠质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)with chronic insomnia.Method 120 UAP patients with chronic insomnia were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=60 for each).The control group was given UAP general treatment,while the observation group was added with Shensong Yangxin capsules on the basis of general treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The effect of UAP treatment before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the sleep of the patients was evaluated.Results The number of angina attacks,duration of each angina attack and consumption of nitroglycerin tablets in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the levels of H-FABP and BNP were markedly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,PSQI scores of both groups decreased,but there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05),while PSQI scores of the treatment group decreased dramatically(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of sleep improvement in the control group was 66.67%,while that in the observation group was 88.33%,which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).And there were no adverse reactions affecting the treatment.Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsules can improve the curative effect of UAP patients with chronic insomnia,and noticeably improve the treatment effect of angina pectoris and sleep quality safely,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
