摘要外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)是一项免疫炎症指标,NLR异常升高可提示恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病和心血管疾病等预后不良。最近研究发现,慢性炎症可能参与青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、黄斑变性、干眼症(DED)等眼部疾病的发生和发展,因此许多学者对NLR与多种眼部疾病的关系进行了探究。文章就目前NLR主要临床应用及其在部分眼部疾病中的研究进展进行了综述。 Peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)is an immune inflammation indicator.Abnormal elevation of NLR indicates poor prognosis of malignant tumors,autoimmune diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Recently,it has been suggested that low-level immune inflammation is probably involved in eye diseases,such as glaucoma,diabetic retinopathy(DR),macular degeneration and dry eye disease(DED).Many scholars have explored the relationship between NLR and various eye diseases.In this review,the main clinical application of NLR and its research progress in some eye diseases are summarized.
