中职学校“潜能德育”体系的整体构建与实践——以江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校为例 被引量:6

摘要 当前,中职德育面临着巨大的挑战,解决中职生思想道德成长问题的德育新理念和新实践,已成为探寻新时代职教德育发展的迫切要求。基于“梅花书院”的历史文化渊源以及多元智力理论和积极心理学的理论基础,江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校倡导和践行激发学生潜在道德力的“潜能德育”,构建“潜能德育”工作总体系、德育体系以及教学体系,取得了较为显著的德育成效。 At present,moral education of secondary vocational school faces huge challenge,new concept and new practice of moral education solving grow-up moral problems of secondary vocational school students are urgent demand from exploring moral development of new-era vocational education.Based on the historic culture origin of Wintersweet Academy and the theory base of multiple intelligence and positive psychology,Yanzhou Tourism and Business Voational School advocates and fulfill the potential moral education motivating students'potential moral force,constructs the overall system of potential moral education,the moral education system,and the teaching system,achieving obvious effect of moral education.
