摘要
大数据信息技术深刻改变了当代教育的发展趋向和运行模式,对教师职能也提出一系列新的要求与挑战。体现在高校外语教学领域,教师将逐渐转化为知识讲授者、教学研究者和课堂组织者三类,并以第三类为主体。外语教师将逐步破除知识权威角色,主要任务集中在积极有效地组织、引导教学活动,借助大数据平台科学评测、合理引导学生的学习状态、学习进度、学习方法等,创造丰富多元且适于个性化发展的教学空间。
Big data information technology has profoundly changed the development trend and operation mode of con⁃temporary education,which puts forward new requirements and challenges to teachers'functions.In the field of college for⁃eign language teaching,teachers will gradually be divided into three categories:knowledge lecturers,teaching researchers and classroom organizers,with the latter as the main body.The role of teachers in teaching activities is no longer a knowl⁃edge authority,but a classroom organizer and guider.They should try to provide students personalized learning space and make scientific evaluations on their learning status.
