摘要
随着"互联网+旅游"的快速发展,基于网络文本分析的旅游研究成为热点。根据对近十年来的文献梳理发现:2011年至2018年期间的研究都属于实证研究,内容主要集中在旅游者的满意度和行为以及旅游目的地形象或感知形象,研究对象区域分布广泛,研究方法多数采用ROST软件,注重定性与定量结合。在旅游理论、数据来源、发帖者背景、网络文本分析方法等方面还有研究空间。
With the rapid development of“Internet+tourism”,tourism researches based on web text analysis have be⁃come a hot topic.According to the literature reviews in the past ten years,it can be found that the studies from 2011 to 2018 are all empirical studies,mainly focusing on tourists'satisfactions and behaviors as well as tourist destination images or perceived images.The research subjects are widely distributed in different regions.Furthermore,most studies adopt ROST software,emphasizing the combination of qualitative and quantitative researches.Further studies can be done from the perspective of tourism theories,data sources,backgrounds of posters,and methods of web text analysis,etc.
